Map to Spring Mountain Community Center - From Asheville, take I-240 East past the malls and stay on US 74 Alt toward Bat Cave. Follow about 6.6 miles to Miller Road, turn left and follow 1.2 miles to Old Fort Road and turn right. Follow Old Fort about 2.4 miles to the Community Center on right hand side (just past Whitaker Road).
From the south, come up Hendersonville Road (US 25) to the CVS Drugstore in Fletcher and turn right onto Cane Creek Road. Follow through 2 traffic lights tuntil it ends at a traffic light on US 74A and turn left. Follow about 1/2 mile to Miller Road, turn right and follow 1.2 miles to Old Fort Road and turn right. Follow Old Fort about 2.4 miles to the Community Center on right hand side (just past Whitaker Road).
Mountain Sawyers Shop
It is easiest to take I-26 East to Exit 44, the Mountain Home/Fletcher exit. Turn north on US 25 and follow through 3 traffic lights (not counting those at the Interstate, the third one is at Rockwell Rd, the entrance to Arvin Meritor). 0.3 miles beyond this last traffic light, turn right at a large blue and white “Space for Lease” sign and cross the RR tracks. Past the old guard station, turn right and park at the right end of the lot facing US 25. An entrance ramp with a red railing leads you to the Mountain Sawyers entry door.
